The newly remodeled Corrupted Innocence boasts a beautiful setting, shops available to rent (***If you are looking for a shop to rent, parcel to rent, or a sim to rent or buy, please read below!!!!), and a slew of new free items just for you! Kira Paderborn has created a dozen copy/mod shapes to coordinate with Tuli's skins lines. These shapes are sold for 800L each at Tuli and at Corrupted Innocence. However, for now, they are also found in two lucky chairs on the Corrupted Innocence sim, in the main store. Don't miss these and the other great things that we are in the process of adding to the sim. Here are pictures of the shapes that you can find in the lucky chairs followed by information about the shops for rent, parcels for sale, sim for rent, and sim for sale.  

Now, about the SHOPS FOR RENT!

Corrupted Innocence is known for housing some of the best and most realistic international shapes in SL. It is also home to 1 Prim Wonders the most incredible one prims sculpts you have ever seen, Magnifico, Orquidea, Corrupted Hair, Corrupted Men, and By Alexxis. It is nestled between Flawless (home to Shapes by Kira) and Skin Oasis (home to B&B Skins and More). There is a good flow of customers between the three sims. Corrupted Innocence also houses The Venue, a live music venue that brings in live groups and singers and holds open mic nights, several times a week. (The Venue is also currently up for sale. If you are interested in purchasing this club, please see the attached info.)The sim has a completely new look and we have opened up an area with store rentals. The stores are large and are all on their own parcels so you can have a say in the music that is on your parcel and you can set a tp point for your parcel as well as give your parcel your store name. *To show your store under "Places" in search costs 30L/week extraRental is by the week with a 4 week minimum agreement. Prices are as follows:100 prims - 500L/week (5L/prim)150 prims - 625L/week (4L/prim)250 prims - 825L/week (3L/prim)**WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU!**MONDAY MADNESS-We will be starting a new event on the sim beginning Monday, May, 17, 2010. We will have Monday Madness with stores on the sim offering an item for sale for 1L. The item can be anything in the store. This will encourage people to come and look around at the items in each store. Stores are always encouraged to join hunts. All hunt information that is received will be passed on to all store owners. We have lucky chairs that can hold products from everyone on the sim. You may use your own lucky chairs/boards or MM boards in your store. There is also a Lucky Fortune machine on the sim. Our blog, Flawless Corruption is for all Corrupted Innocence and Flawless products. If you have items that you would like place in the blog so that they are seen by our readers, we would be happy to place them in the blog for you.

PARCELS FOR SALE!!!

Ever wanted your own business on a sim that is already established as a buisness sim? On a sim that already gets regular traffic? Corrupted Innocence could be the place for you!! Both are set up for you to move in and begin your business straight away or they can be cleared and you can start from scratch. Corrupted Innocence West is bright and warm and cheery while Corrupted Innocence East is darker. All you need to do is pop in your rental boxes and go! There are two advantages to having a 1/4 parcel over having a homestead. First, the number of people you can have in your shopping area is greater. Homesteads only hold 20 people. Full sims can hold 60 easily. Also, there is less lag on a full sim because there are more resources available. In addition to these, you get overflow from customers from the two adjacent sims! Extra customers for you! The 1/4 sim has 3750 prims. The west parcel has one ocean front and the east parcel has two. You will have control of parcel music, media, and ban rights. *THIS LAND MAY BE USED FOR COMMERCIAL USE OR RESIDENTIAL*Anyone purchasing this land can participate in MONDAY MADNESS, although it is not mandatory! CLUB FOR SALE!!!

Ever wanted to be your own boss and have fun while doing it? Now is your chance!... We have a club for sale on a well established business oriented class 5 sim: Corrupted Innocence!! The club is currently for sale at a low cost plus the monthly rent. You can turn this venue into whatever you want and be your own boss! It is a mature sim with good traffic so you'll be able to have a good flow into your club. Keep the club that's there or set your own club down. Even rebuild if you choose. It is entirely up to you.New owners will be permitted to have an additional 550 prims if they choose to keep the club as it is and 800 prims if they choose to use their own club.The top floor and areas to the right and left of the entrance are perfect for adding some small shops so that you can bring in some extra money. This club features its own landing point and is listed in search (I will pay the $30L weekly fee to keep it listed). SIM FOR RENT OR SALE

I have a class 5 full sim (15000 prims) for sale or for rent.  Rental price is set so that you can make a profit by renting it out.  I only charge you what it costs me.  You can pay in USD or in Lindens.  Cost to rent the full sim is $295 USD/month paid to my paypal account or $82,000L paid to my SL account each month.  Price to buy the sim is $600 USD.  I will pay the transfer fee.  Tiers are paid until May 27.  For info or to see the sim, please contact Kira Paderborn.  You do not have to have a premium account to rent this sim.  Upon rental, you will get full rights to the sim.  I will sell you the parcel for free.   

 

 

NEW MALE SKINS

New male skin has arrived at Corrupted Innocence and Flawless. Ashan is his name and he comes in 8 different skin tones. Each skin tone comes with 8 different facial hairs and each facial hair comes with 8 different body hair options. Yes, really. So you should be able to find the combination that you want with all those options.

These skins have been tested on several different shapes, seeing that Kira is a shape maker and has one of the largest selection of shapes in SL. The skin looked great on most all the shapes we tried so we are confident you will like the way it looks on yours. If not, well we sell shapes too. *grins* Seriously, please stop by and pick up a demo, at least, to try them out. I think you will be pleased with the amount of detail given and love the great price.

Call of the Nile Flickr Contest

As a tribute to all the designers participating in the Digital Alchemy event, Rezzable is hosting a flickr photo contest "Call of the Nile". Take a picture of any item from the Digital Alchemy event hosted at Kings Rezzable, and showcase it in a picture with an egyptian theme for your chance to win 10,000L and other prizes. This is a chance for your creativity to shine! Submissions begin today, with the group closing on March 4th. The winner will be announced at the Digital Alchemy show on the 7th and here on the site. Have fun everyone and can't wait to see what you come up with!

Submission begins Feb. 17th and ends March 4th. Results revealed on March 7th at 4am SLT at the Digital Alchemy show as well as on the Rezzable website.

We have a new line of shapes to show you. This is the Egyptian line created for the upcoming Digital Alchemy’s Egypt-inspired exhibit at the Rezzable's King sim.
